Caitlyn Hernandez is a paralegal with over four years of experience in Social Security disability law, working closely with our attorney in a client-focused firm. She plays a key role in case preparation, document drafting, and client communication throughout the claims process.
Before focusing on disability law, Caitlyn worked in family law and insurance defense, giving her a well-rounded legal background. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Law and Legal Studies from Portland State University and her Associate's of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Portland Community College.
Caitlyn is detail-oriented and proactive in supporting both clients and our attorney through the claims process. She is known for her approachable communication style and focuses on keeping clients informed and supported from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, working on her writing projects, and spending time with her family and their Great Dane, Grimm.
